We have strong ties with Commissioning Specialist but are not linked to any one supplier, manufacturer or contractor. At CCM we have extensive experience working with clients, engineers main contractor's, energy managers, focus groups and local authorities. We listen to our clients and respond to their needs with solutions that meet or exceed their expectations and our team can adapt and expand as the demands of the project programme dictate.
At CCM we have a team of experienced engineers working in all fields of commissioning management commercial, retail, heritage, residential and hospitality, we have specialists working on HVAC systems, plus engineers specifically trained in control platforms and programming.
We focus on training and development for all our team, providing in-house programmes, CSR, specialist training schemes, Continued Professional Development (CPD) and life long learning. This forms part of a training record and monitoring system, which is an integral part of our QA system.
The Company Quality Assurance system and procedures conform to Quality Management Systems BS EN ISO 9001 and the Environmental Management System BS EN ISO 14001. All systems are operated internally by a Director and QA Manager with full third party accreditation. We have now embarked on the Investors in People scheme to help focus our management and support.

Mark's role in the management of project delivery has grown from extensive on site hands on experience, he has worked with other leading designers in the lighting industry and understands the gap often formed between design, technical delivery, integration, coordination, budget and programme. With experience that encompasses commercial, retail, heritage, residential and hospitality projects he is well placed to undertake client briefing and manage the lighting implementation. As the use of 3D Revit and BIM grows our combined design integration will prove beneficial to clients and projects.

Paul has operated in building services field for over 25 years developing a wide range of skills and in-depth knowledge of Building Services Installations. Paul's role in the management of project delivery has grown from extensive on site hands on experience, he has worked with other leading engineers and specialists. He holds qualifications in electrical installation testing and inspections to the IEE Wiring Regulations

David is based in our Belfast office working in a management role but continues to be highly involved in engineering delivery. He has extensive experience in amenity and highway lighting, with specific expertise in port operational systems. Projects include Loch Ryan Port Cairnryan for Stena Line, modernisation of Linkspan facilities for P&O Ferries in Cairnryan, Hatston Pier in the Orkney Islands, refurbishment of the SS Nomadic in Belfast's Titanic Quarter.

John brings a mixture of skills to the team, his mechanical site background was complimented and developed by further study. This included detailed the analysis of the mechanical and mechatronic systems required to control complex installations in the built environment.
